Every day students in Mrs. Snelgrove’s class dance, exercise, and do yoga with UNICEF Kids Power-ups. These activities get their bodies moving while giving the students the opportunity to make an impact locally and globally. They earn points to provide Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) packets for impoverished children in other countries. RUTF is made of peanuts and nutrients that help these children get healthy. These students also make a positive impact locally. They collect power coins for each activity.
Today 5th graders got a visit from Mt. Nebo Middle School to recieve information about next school year! Here is an excellent resource to go through to learn all about life at the Middle School! Our 5th graders are so excited to be middle schoolers next year!
