Mrs. Sumens and her husband Russ are both teachers. They live in Santaquin with their 3 kids (ages 16, 15, and 13) and their pets. They love spending as much time together as they can, especially during the summer. Mrs. Sumens loves reading books, watching cheesy Hallmark movies, and fresh baked bread. We are so excited to have her as one of our 5th grade teachers this year!

Mrs. Sanford is new to our school, but not new to teaching. She has taught for 6 years and will be one of our new kindergarten teachers! She grew up in Wyoming. She and her husband have 4 kids. She is a huge Harry Potter fan and loves to play Legend of Zelda in her free time. We are so excited to have Mrs. Sanford join the Santquin Elementary family!

Mrs. Tueller is our new counselor and we are so excited to welcome her to Santaquin Elementary! She has four kids, ages 18-10 and one dog named Luna. Mrs. Tueller is very creative and ran a small graphic design company for 10 years before she decided to go back to school and follow her passion of connecting with others. She loves Hobby Lobby, sea turtles, hiking, and reading middle grade books. Welcome, Mrs. Tueller!

Ms. Bever comes from a family of five and has two brothers. She moved around a lot as a kid but she calls the Oregon Coast home. When she's not at school, you can find her at a sports game, a good concert, or spending time with her family and friends. She is a massive NBA fan and also loves art and music. Ms. Bever is incredible and has brought so much enthusiasm to Santaquin Elementary. We're so happy she's here!

Mrs. Provstgaard is moving from 2nd grade to 4th grade this year and is going to be an incredible addition to the 4th grade team! This will be her 10th year teaching! She and her husband have two adorable children - a little girl and a little boy. Mrs. Provstgaard is a gamer and her favorite game is Final Fantasy series. She loves the color teal, the book Holes, and loves to eat potatoes any way they can be made. She is an incredible teacher and her students adore her!
