5th grade students at Santaquin Elementary have been learning about the scientific process by making rockets. Students created their rockets on Wednesday, launched them with their class on Thursday. Then on Friday they had the opportunity to improve upon their design and then rockets were launched as a grade level. The creators of the top 6 rockets won a candy bar and some serious bragging rights. Special thanks to our amazing 5th grade teacher Mr. Griffith for launching hundreds of rockets over the past two days!
