The third grade students at our school were able to go to the Rowley's Red Barn on wagons pulled by tractors. They learned about an important part of our community. They learned how trees are planted, watered, pollinated and the fruit is harvested by hand and machine. They picked an apple, and ate a cider donut. They also enjoyed time on the outdoor activities.
