Literacy Night - 1st Grade

During our First grade literacy night, parents came to the school with their student and learned about writing, technology in reading, and reading instruction.

There are many reasons we hold literacy night.  A few of those reasons are listed below.

1. To inform parents of ways to help their students at home, which is supportive of the teachers.
2. To strengthen the relationship between parent and student.
3. To strengthen parent and teacher relations.
4. To strengthen community/school relations.
