The 2nd grade students went on a tour of Santaquin City to become more aware of the way the community works together.

They visited the City offices where they toured the Senior Center, visited with employees from the water department and other departments, and played games at the Parks and Recreation Department.

Their adventure continued to Santaquin Library.  They learned how many books are in the library and other function of a library. Santaquin Library was the first library in the state to loan kindles.

They toured the Musuem including the old-time display shops located on the upper floor.  There was a candy shop, barber shop, and jail.  As the students passed by the jail, they thought they saw Mr. Goudy.  Could it be?
