The third grade students at our school were able to go to the Rowley's Red Barn on wagons pulled by tractors. They learned about an important part of our community. They learned how trees are planted, watered, pollinated and the fruit is harvested by hand and machine. They picked an apple, and ate a cider donut. They also enjoyed time on the outdoor activities. Santaquin Elementary students are excited to have library centers underway again. A new addition this year is our community Sudoku puzzle. These 5th graders had a lot of fun working on their critical thinking skills, logic skills, and teamwork. Ask your student what their favorite center has been so far!
